Our Professional Learning, Development and Inquiry
Professional learning, development and inquiry are important aspects of developing a purposeful, enriching curriculum, whilst improving pupils' standards in schools.
At St John Lloyd RC Primary we focus on the following key elements.
- Collaboration – working in groups within and across school
- Reflective practice – opportunities to reflect critically and candidly on current practice, and being open to others’ reflections on how practice can be improved or developed.
- Use of data and research evidence
- Coaching and mentoring - Peer to Peer approach
